Here are some tips in using vinegar as a hemorrhoid treatment!
First, get some pure vinegar and dab it onto a clean cotton ball. After making sure that you have cleansed the affected area, you may apply your vinegar solution directly onto your hemorrhoids! Brace yourself though, this may cause some stinging so do some deep breathing!
If you can’t tolerate undiluted vinegar as hemorrhoid treatment then you may add some water to it so that the stinging can be lessened. A few drops of clean water in your vinegar solution will do the trick. Afterwards, do the same procedure by applying the diluted solution with a piece of cotton.
Aside from topical application, you may even drink vinegar as a remedy! Find some apple cider vinegar and mix it with some clean water. Then, drink it up. I know this may not taste like wine at all, but hey, it has lots of health benefits, so bottoms up!
